Penny Haynes is the wife of Ronnie Haynes, Program/Clinical Director of Good Shepherd Recovery House for men, Ordained Co-Pastor of Ministry House, Licensed Pastoral Counselor through the National Christian Counselors Association, Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS I), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Penny served on staff at World Harvest Church in Ball Ground, GA as Media Ministry Director, and also served as Praise and Worship Leader, Singles Leader, Bible College Teacher and Adult Education Leader. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion from Furman University, and is licensed in ministry by World Harvest Church and Team Jesus Ministries. She created Recovery House Software for recovery houses and Jesus Text Me – a service and app that sends you at least 3 bible-based messages “from Jesus” a day.
Penny uses Temperament Therapy and Life Patterns Therapy to help people learn exactly who God made them to be, how to adjust their unhealthy Life Patterns and learn how to their needs in a godly and balanced way. She also works as a web and software programmer, database administrator, and executive administrator. She helps with the web site and administrative side of Ministry House.
Penny and Ronnie have 2 grown children, Joshua and Shayna, and two grandsons, Brayden and Maddox.
